When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed within 4 business days upon successful payment verification. This time allows us to carefully pack your items and conduct a thorough quality inspection. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Where Do We Ship To?
Shipping Areas: Currently available to Canada and the contiguous United States.
Please Note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

- Canada: A flat shipping fee of $7 CAD applies. Free shipping on orders over $60 CAD.
- U.S.: A flat shipping fee of $7 USD applies. Free shipping on orders over $60 USD.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We strongly advise confirming this information prior to completing your transaction. In the event of an error, you must notify us without delay at support@beneshome.com to attempt a correction.
